Semester Outlines for MS Educational Leadership and Management (Evening)

The MS in Educational Leadership and Management is a 1.5 year evening program, spread over three semesters. It is a 30 credit hour program with 6 courses (3 credit hours each), 2 Independent Research studies (3 credit hours each), and a Thesis (6 credit hours).

The students will have the opportunity to specialize in the fields of: Sociology of Education, Educational Policy, Testing/Evaluation, Teacher Education, Professional Development, and Technology.

The breakup of 30 credit hours is as follows
Four compulsory courses (12 credit hours)
Two elective courses (6 credit hours)
Two Independent Research Studies (6 credit hours)
Thesis or 2 elective courses (6 credit hours)

Eligibility

For admission to the MS-ELM Program:
• The candidate must have 16 years of education with minimum 50% marks/CGPA 2.50 from an HEC recognized institution.
• GAT General with minimum 50% score is also required.
• Last degree verification from HEC is required.
